Open Question: How do I get my money back on a product that has a 100% money back guarantee?

A product from BNG Enterprises in Tempe, AZ, which I bought on 5/15 from GNC on Clark Rd in Sarasota, FL, has a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE printed on its label. I followed the instructions on how to use the product and how to obtain the refund, but nothing is working. I've tried contacting BNG 4 times, by phone, mail, and email, and I've also tried contacting GNC twice, by phone and in person, but both GNC and BNG show no interest in trying to correct the matter. In fact, this product remains on the shelves at GNC. All I have as evidence is a picture of the receipt and the label from the bottle.
